You must install Minecraft Forge first, in order to use this mod. Follow 7 steps below to install the mod. Note: With this mod may require other mods to work; see details below.

The very first thing to do is make certain you installed Minecraft Forge.
Run Minecraft with Forge installed at least once to generate the necessary files and folders.
Download the mod using the link below.
Locate the Minecraft Application Folder:
On Windows: open Run from the start menu, type %appdata%.minecraft and click Run.
On MAC OS X: open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for minecraft.
Place Craft++ (Better Minecraft) Mod file Jar into your Mods folder. If you don’t have one, create it now.
Play Minecraft with the latest Forge version, or the version of your choice.

What is Craft++ (Better Minecraft) Mod ?

Craft++ (Better Minecraft) Mod for Minecraft adds a few items, enchantments, and underlying changes to vanilla Minecraft. The mod will make Minecraft world more interesting as well as enhance your experience.

New Items:

Dynamite ‘ throwable TNT that’s half as strong. It is crafted like so:

Obsidian Boat ‘ a boat that only works in lava. It is fire resistant and it gives Fire Resistance to the rider. If you dismount and fall in lava, you have 10 seconds before your Fire Resistance runs out. It is crafted in the normal boat recipe, but with obsidian.
Fried Egg ‘ simply pop an egg in a furnace and you get it on the other side!
Mutton ‘ as seen in the Minecraft 1.8 snapshots. 1-3 raw mutton are dropped from sheep. It is smelted into Cooked Mutton.
Squid Tentacle ‘ 1-3 are dropped from squids. It is smelted into Calamari.

New Enchantments:

Automatic Smelting ‘ is used on pickaxe, axes, and shovels. Basically if the item you are holding is enchanted with Automatic Smelting, it will automatically smelt the drop. Level 1 works on Iron/Gold Ore, Level 2 works on all blocks (e.g. cobblestone, glass, clay) except for logs, and Level 3 works on all blocks including logs. Note: It does not allow Fortune to work for Iron/Gold Ore.
Speed Boost ‘ is enchanted onto boots. It gives the wearer Speed I/II, depending on the level of the enchantment.
Hops ‘ same as the Speed Boost enchantment, but for Jump Boost.
Quickdraw ‘ is enchanted onto bows. It makes the bow instantly charge up.

Other Additions:

Dispenser behaviors for dynamite, obsidian boat, and shears.
Pigs, cows, and sheep drop 1-3 bones, chickens drop 1.
Creepers have a 1/10 chance to drop 1 TNT.
Enderman drop the block they are carrying.
Bats drop 1 leather.
Ender Pearls can be thrown in creative mode.
Creepers burn in daylight.
Compasses stack up to 1.
Melons and pumpkins, when not fully grown, make grass sounds instead of stone sounds when broken/stepped on.
Command Blocks can be found in the redstone creative tab.
Stone tools can no longer be crafted out of cobblestone. They are crafted out of stone.
You can ignite entities directly by right-clicking them with flint and steel.
Chickens can be sheared and will regrow their feathers back if sheared.

Download and run the latest version of’Minecraft Forge
Go to Start Menu > Type %appdata%/.minecraft/mods
Download the mod
Move the downloaded Jar (zip) file into the ‘mods’ folder

Minecraft Forge (Modding API) Installation:

Quick download Minecraft forge
Select the Minecraft forge you want to download.
Click ok to install (Requires computer to install Java).

Wait for the system to install Minecraft Forge.
After successful installation, you will receive a notification.

Open Run By keyboard shortcuts (Windows+R), type %appdate% to open .minecraft folder
Create a new folder and name it Mods. If not, create a folder called Mods.
Run with forge, You will see Minecraft Forge in the lower-left corner and the Mods button under Multiplayer.
