The very first thing to do is make certain you installed Minecraft Forge.
Run Minecraft with Forge installed at least once to generate the necessary files and folders.
Download the mod using the link below.
Locate the Minecraft Application Folder:
On Windows: open Run from the start menu, type %appdata%.minecraft and click Run.
On MAC OS X: open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar. Open the folder Application Support and look for minecraft.
Place Extra Mods++ Mod file Jar into your Mods folder. If you don’t have one, create it now.
Play Minecraft with the latest Forge version, or the version of your choice.

Extra Mods++ Mod Features:

Timebomb: Explodes after 15 seconds when applying a redstone signal, 4 times as powerfull as TNT.
Wand: On creation you will be asigned as owner and only you will be able to use the wand.Clicking on entities in diffirent ways will cause various effects.Clicking on ground will place a block form of the wand.Clicking with items on the wand block will cause diffirent effects.
Block Destroyer: When clicked with wand the world bomb will start to spread to evry block around it.Shift + click to remove original bomb the spreaded bomb you will have to break.
Anvil trap: Put in 25 or more anvils and evryone that walks over it will die.
Block of doom: When you walk over it you wil have 2% change to get 64 diamonds and 32 gold and 98% change to be killed.
Uranium: You will get poisoned if you have it in your inventory.
Nuclear bomb: Place bomb on frame redstone lamp next to frame and tnt next to frame, activate redstone lamp and BOOM.
Dice: It’s a dice, try clicking it.
Creeper block: Block that looks like a creeper
Hammer: When breaking anything from glass with it it will drop shards of glass.
Water cube: Click it with one water bucket and then it wil be an infinite water source.
Inventory Chest : Crafting table + Armor slots + Double chest
Wing: Click to fly up. You will take fall damage
Water Destroyer: Same as World Bomb, except it will only spread to water.
Very Slippery Ice: It’s Very Slippery Ice.

Download and run the latest version of’Minecraft Forge
Go to Start Menu > Type %appdata%/.minecraft/mods
Download the mod
Move the downloaded Jar (zip) file into the ‘mods’ folder
Done and Enjoy the mod.

Minecraft Forge (Modding API) Installation:

Quick download Minecraft forge
Select the Minecraft forge you want to download.
Click ok to install (Requires computer to install Java).

Wait for the system to install Minecraft Forge.
After successful installation, you will receive a notification.

Open Run By keyboard shortcuts (Windows+R), type %appdate% to open .minecraft folder
Create a new folder and name it Mods. If not, create a folder called Mods.
Run with forge, You will see Minecraft Forge in the lower-left corner and the Mods button under Multiplayer.
