Parkour Fervor Map for Minecraft is a diverse map with lots of types of parkour often integrating the natural terrain. Roughly 2-3 hours. Generally easy for those who know parkour but with a few hard sections. Not a ragequit style but if you don’t know what a momentum jump is you may want to do a parkour school map first.
It should work for multiplayer because commands use nearest player, but I cannot test it.
